The Kammerspiele are the smaller, intimate venue of the Tiroler Landestheater in Innsbruck. On its studio stage, the ensemble presents above all contemporary drama, premieres and more experimental formats that find less room in the main house. The immediate closeness between stage and audience creates a special intensity and makes the Kammerspiele a place for bold, contemporary theatre. As part of the Tiroler Landestheater, they complement its large repertoire with a stage for risk and the new, and are an important part of Innsbruck's theatre life.
