A theatre diary for your phone

Stagelog logs every trip to the theatre: which play, which production, which house, which night – and what you thought. Free on iPhone, Android and the web.

What you log

An entry is a work, a venue and a date. Add stars for the play and for the house, a review, who you went with and photos (in the app) if you like. Planned evenings go in the same way.

Stagelog knows 2,929 works, 668 venues and 1,093 playwrights and composers. If something is missing, you add it yourself.

Why not just keep notes?

Because a structured diary gives more back: how often you went to a house, which plays you saw more than once, what your theatre year looked like in numbers. Your venues appear on a personal map.

And because theatre is rarely a solo thing: you see what your friends have seen and what they plan to see.

Schedules and tickets

Stagelog carries the schedules of theatres in 50 cities, currently 7,403 upcoming performances. Each production lists its dates and links to the theatre's own ticket shop.

Frequently asked questions

What is a theatre diary?

A record of the shows you have seen: play, production, venue, date and your impression. Stagelog keeps it digitally and adds ratings, statistics and a map of your venues.

Is Stagelog free?

Yes. The app offers an optional subscription, Stagelog Patron, which unlocks extras such as the personal map.

Who can see my entries?

You decide. For your diary, wishlist and planned visits you choose: only me, friends, or all signed-in users.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes, for iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play). The same account works in the browser at stagelog.app.
