Biography
"Disney's High School Musical on Stage!" has no score by a single composer but is based on the songs of the 2006 Disney Channel film, which come from a whole array of songwriters—including Matthew Gerrard and Robbie Nevil, Ray and Greg Cham, Andrew Seeley, Randy Petersen and Kevin Quinn, and Jamie Houston. For the stage version (book by David Simpatico), additional numbers by Bryan Louiselle and David N. Lawrence were added. This collective entry summarises the songs' shared authorship.
