Biography
Micho Mossulischwili was born in 1962 in Arashenda, in the Gurjaani district of Georgia, and studied geology at Tbilisi State University with a minor in film dramaturgy. He first worked as a geologist, then as a journalist and editor for various Georgian newspapers and literary magazines. Mossulischwili has published more than 30 books of short stories, novels and plays, and has translated three novels by Boris Akunin into Georgian. His stage works are performed at Georgian theatres and broadcast on radio and television; individual works have appeared in Latvian, Russian and German translation.
