Biography
Lena Brasch is a German theatre director and author who works at city theatres and independent stages in the German-speaking region. She directs classics and contemporary material with an idiosyncratic visual language and a focus on ensemble work. Her works negotiate social themes with a contemporary understanding of theatre and stand for a generation of young female directors who renew German-language theatre in content and aesthetics.
