Biography
Imre van Opstal is a Dutch choreographer and dancer. Together with her brother Marne van Opstal she creates works for renowned international companies; the sibling pair were engaged at Nederlands Dans Theater and develop a distinctive, physically intense, and visually striking choreographic language. Their works combine contemporary dance with theatrical expressiveness and psychological depth.
