Biography
Felicia Zeller (born 1970) is a German playwright, author, and media artist. Her plays—including Kaspar Häuser Meer (about overburdened social workers) and X-Freunde—are known for their racing, artfully fragmented language, which dissects the empty phrases of communication and the social dynamics of the present. Zeller has won numerous awards, among them the Mülheim Dramatists Prize and the Else Lasker-Schüler Prize, and ranks among the most distinctive voices in contemporary German-language theatre.
