For the Junge Oper Stuttgart he composed the chamber opera “Krieg. Stell dir vor, er wäre hier” after Janne Teller's book, first performed at Stuttgart's Kammertheater in 2018. In 2025 the Gerhart-Hauptmann-Theater Görlitz-Zittau and the Lausitz Festival premiered his opera “Krabat”, based on the Sorbian legend.
